Get outdoors with Evolve this summer
Summer is just around the corner and here at Evolve we’re practically counting down the days! We’re all about evolving the way you live, and it starts at home. After being so cooped up this past year, we know there’s no better time to get outdoors than right now. Physical activity and fresh air are more important than ever, so check out our favorite ways to get active outdoors at Evolve!
Walking paths
One of the best things about apartment living is that cozy neighborhood feel. Every Evolve community is unique in its own way, but a beautiful space for taking long walks is something you’ll find at each one. We love the simplicity of taking a morning stroll with a friend, partner or pup to connect and reset before your day begins.
Saltwater pools & grilling stations
At Evolve, we know how important it is for you to feel like you’re on a permanent vacation in your home. Resort-style saltwater swimming pools are one of our favorite ways to create that private oasis vibe. Grab a small group of your closest friends and enjoy a sunny afternoon swimming in the pool and grilling delicious food!
If you’re in Knoxville, be sure to check out the rooftop at 811 East Downtown to get the full experience! Most of our community pools are currently open but check in with yours to stay up to date.
Dog parks for you & your pup
For all the pup people out there, dog parks at each Evolve community are a necessity! Sure, walks are great, but the agility courses in our dog parks are an awesome way for both of you to mix things up! Whether you want to run a few laps around the fence with your pup or help them practice their newest skills on the equipment, it’s the perfect opportunity to let your fur-baby run free for a bit!
Bike rentals
One of our favorite ways to explore is on the back of a bike, which is why Evolve communities love offering complimentary rentals to their residents. Bike to the beach (if it’s not too far), search for the best mountain views you can find, head to your local farmer’s market or just cruise around town. Invite a friend along for the ride too!
Playgrounds for the family
What better way to get the whole family outdoors and in the fresh air than with a playground? From slides and swings to life-size spider webs, our playgrounds have something for every kid—big or small! Plus, you’re sure to get in at least a little of your own exercise from chasing your little ones around the playground all day!
Be on the lookout
Our new community, Evolve at Heritage, will be opening its clubhouse and amenities sometime in May!
Evolve at Stones Bay also has a brand new fitness building coming soon in their courtyard! The courtyard will also have a new dog park, bocce ball and cornhole court, AND a pickle ball court.
