How we’re evolving in 2022
It’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through 2022! Here at Evolve, we know the importance of continuing the evolution all year. We’re all about creating apartment homes that feel like your own personal oasis, and we’ve got a lot of projects up our sleeves that fit the bill! Keep reading for all the juicy details on two of our newest projects in the works, Hawthorne at Whitehall and Hawthorne at Daniel Island.
Hawthorne at Whitehall
What’s new in 2022 in North Carolina?
Within the heart of Charlotte, NC, Hawthorne at Whitehall is located minutes from Uptown, South End, Ballantyne, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and South Park. We love that the community is just a mile from Topgolf and the Ayrsley retail corridor and is only a few miles from Charlotte Premium Outlets. While Whitehall is right in the mix, it will also have a suburban feel surrounding Johnston Lake and plenty of green space.
Hawthorne at Whitehall apartments and townhomes will have open-concept floorplans and high-end upscale urban interior finishes. Not only are the apartment interiors stunning, but residents can also make themselves at home in the luxury clubhouse with a Resident Lounge. Enjoy daily Starbucks coffee available in the chef’s kitchen, a billiards and game room, cyber café, and package lockers. You’ll also have a 24-hour gym with cardio, fitness on demand, CrossFit-style powerlifting, and yoga right at your fingertips.
Outdoors, residents can relax at the resort-style saltwater pool with poolside cabanas and cushioned lounge furniture. There will also be an outdoor bar with granite countertops and flatscreen TVs. The outdoor kitchen will feature stainless steel grills. A grilling pavilion and lounge, dog park with agility equipment, pet spa, and a playground are just a few of the other outdoor amenities to enjoy. Residents can also take advantage of bike and kayak storage on the property.

Hawthorne at Daniel Island
The evolution continues in Charleston, SC!
Hawthorne at Daniel Island will encompass two midrise buildings overlooking the Cooper River and marsh. The community will feature design elements that complement and blend with the natural beauty of the area.
One of the two buildings will offer an amenity space with a clubroom, game room, cyber café, and fitness center, all looking out over the elevated saltwater swimming pool and lounge area. The second building will feature an elevated courtyard with a beautifully landscaped gathering area with a pavilion, TVs, swing, hammocks, and courtyard games. Residents can also enjoy a penthouse-level community indoor/outdoor lounge overlooking the Cooper River and the city of Charleston.
One of our favorite things about Hawthorne at Daniel Island is the community dock that can be used for hanging out in the sun, socializing, crabbing, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
