We’re wrapping up another year at Evolve Companies, and we’re so excited to share about our evolution in 2025. Here at Evolve, our hope is to build the dream so you can live it—so we’re looking back at what we’ve built over this past year.
This glance back at 2025 is all about the construction projects we have underway and the communities that continue to evolve. Join us as we look back on how we evolved in 2025 and what we have up our sleeves in 2026!
Evolve Palm Coast
Located in Palm Coast, FL, Evolve Palm Coast offers elegant and modern apartment living. Stunning and spacious apartment homes paired with resort-style amenities create the perfect environment to call home.
Evolve Palm Coast is still under construction and is slated for completion in February 2026.
Evolve Grove Park
Nestled in Fruitland Park, FL, Evolve Grove Park offers spacious apartment homes and luxury living. Not only do these one- and two-bedroom apartment homes have sophisticated finishes, but the community itself offers incredible amenities from a saltwater swimming pool and fitness center to a game room and dog park.
The finishing touches are underway, and Evolve Grove Park is expected to be complete by the end of the year!
Evolve Deep River
Evolve Deep River is located in High Point, NC and offers spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. This vibrant community is located just 20 minutes from downtown Greensboro, and is conveniently located near major employers and top-rated schools.
Evolve at the Pines
Located in Greenville, NC, Evolve at the Pines is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You’ll have easy access to all the excitement Greenville offers, and you’ll be able to bask in the luxury of your own private oasis—your apartment home.
Evolve Holly Ridge

Keeping the evolution growing in 2026
We have so much more up our sleeves at Evolve in the year to come.
Just 30 minutes outside of Nashville and 10 minutes from Mt Juliet, the garden-style community of Hawthorne at South Hartmann will start framing in spring 2026.
Construction at Evolve Soundside in Surf City, NC has begun, and framing will start in summer 2026. Located less than 30 minutes from both Wilmington and Camp Lejeune, this garden-style community will be the perfect place to grow.
The Bennett in Northlake is also underway with an estimated completion for November 2026. This community is a 4-story project in the Northlake mall area and will feature modern architecture and elevator access.
