Bold Interior Design Choices
At Evolve, there is no “if walls could talk.” The walls are most certainly talking. From interior paint color ways to bold tile accent walls and dreamy wallpaper, we believe these interior design choices speak louder than words. (But if they were words, the translation: “Home, sweet home.”)

LAKE NORMAN
Mooresville, NC
The interiors of Evolve at Lake Norman – located in Mooresville, NC – vibe off of a not-so-subtle nod to the area’s deep roots in motorsports with the NASCAR Hall of Fame just a brief drive away. Black and white checkered wallpaper leads the way in much of the clubhouse accenting hues of velvety blue and gold.
Residents repose down the hall by the calming glow of the electric fireplace where wallpaper mimics watercolor contrasting perfectly the element of fire.
EVOLVE PALM COAST
Palm Coast, FL
Nothing screams Sunny Florida more than wallpaper with eclectic patterns and pops of color. With Evolve Palm Coast being one of our first apartments in the state of Florida to go into the leasing phase, we wanted nothing more than to honor the pervasive tropical feeling one gets when they enter the Sunshine State from the pool room to the mail and package room.
EVOLVE HOLLY RIDGE
Holly Ridge, NC *SOLD*
While Evolve Holly Ridge sold earlier this year, the bold, blue floral wallpaper is still spotlight-worthy. With the royal blues contrasting tan peonies of epic proportions, we felt this wallpaper spoke for itself so we made the wallpaper the art by framing it in natural wood-grain trim in a study nook of the clubhouse.

St. James
Southport, NC
Our new build in Southport, NC – Evolve St. James – took to heart the old Southern town it’s built in. When you enter the building, we want you to instantly get that “you’re at the beach” feeling. Black and white palm leaves greet you at the door. The 24-hour Fitness Center and Yoga Studio continue the salty vibes with accent wallpaper printed with oyster-like shapes.
EVOLVE NEW HOPE FARM
Wellford, SC
Art surrounds you as you enter Evolve New Hope Farm. As not to take away from the gallery walls, we made the striking decision to take the wallpaper to the ceilings in some instances of this luxury apartment clubhouse and we more than kind of like it! At this Wellford, SC property, we spared no expense when it came to wallpaper because it just felt right. With a drastic (but fitting) mix of Colonial monotoned landscapes in the fitness center, Tartan plaids in the CoWork space and a gray paisley spin-off interspersed throughout the Clubhouse, we find the interior amenities at this apartment community to be up-to-par with a five-star resort.
EVOLVE AT HERITAGE
Wilson, NC *Now Oasis at Heritage
They say there is no black and white but we begged to differ at Evolve at Heritage (now Oasis at Heritage). Our Clubhouse wallpaper choice? Think “Harold and the Purple Crayon” but make it black. Now that’s a sense of nostalgia!
Oceans RV Resort
Holly Ridge, NC
Surf City, NC here we come! Oceans RV Resort is one of our most unique properties to-date. Rather than developing apartments on the land nestled oh-so-close to the beach, we chose to pave the way for vacationers near and far to stay a little or stay a while giving them the opportunity to bring the comforts of their own RV or camper while indulging in the finer resort-style amenities we offer at all Evolve apartment communities. Considering this is a vacation hot-spot, we brought on the island energy with palm leafs galore in the clubhouse and did someone say on-site bar? It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere!
Evolve Waterford
Bellville, NC
If you’re in need of some space for deep thinking, look no further than Evolve Waterford‘s co-work space just down the hall from the complimentary Starbucks bar. The moody, burgundy checkered wallpaper makes for the perfect place to nestle into a good book.

Timber Creek
Garner, NC *SOLD*
While Evolve Timber Creek sold several years back, we can’t help but return to an old one that’s still a good one. This apartment community in Garner, NC was one of the first properties to include wallpaper in its design plans. Considering how quickly it sold, we owe Timber Creek props for making more room for wallpaper in our interiors to come.
