We can hardly believe the end of 2023 is right around the corner, but ya know what they say—time flies when you’re havin’ fun! At Evolve Companies, our mission is to keep growing so that we can help you do the same. 2023 was BIG, and we can’t wait for what’s to come next year.

Evolve at North Shore
Sneads Ferry, SC
Evolve at North Shore is nestled in the coastal town of Sneads Ferry, NC, just down the road from North Topsail Beach. Surrounded by top employers and schools, delicious restaurants, and great shopping, you’re sure to feel right at home.
The community’s one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes are luxurious with a fresh, modern design. Each kitchen at Evolve at North Shore boasts granite countertops, undermount sinks, and stainless steel appliances. You’ll also find stunning backsplashes and open layouts, making it a dream to gather with friends and family.
When the weather gets warmer, you won’t want to miss out on enjoying the resort-style saltwater swimming pool with its picnic and grilling pavilion. Even more big news: we’re expanding into Florida! Evolve at Palm Coast, on the East Coast of the state, will have 12 buildings with 256 units.
