Wrapping up 2025 at Evolve Companies

We’re wrapping up another year at Evolve Companies, and we’re so excited to share about our evolution in 2025. Here at Evolve, our hope is to build the dream so you can live it—so we’re looking back at what we’ve built over this past year.

This glance back at 2025 is all about the construction projects we have underway and the communities that continue to evolve. Join us as we look back on how we evolved in 2025 and what we have up our sleeves in 2026!

Evolve Palm Coast

Located in Palm Coast, FL, Evolve Palm Coast offers elegant and modern apartment living. Stunning and spacious apartment homes paired with resort-style amenities create the perfect environment to call home.

Evolve Palm Coast is still under construction and is slated for completion in February 2026.

Evolve Grove Park

Nestled in Fruitland Park, FL, Evolve Grove Park offers spacious apartment homes and luxury living. Not only do these one- and two-bedroom apartment homes have sophisticated finishes, but the community itself offers incredible amenities from a saltwater swimming pool and fitness center to a game room and dog park.

The finishing touches are underway, and Evolve Grove Park is expected to be complete by the end of the year!

Evolve Deep River

Evolve Deep River is located in High Point, NC and offers spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. This vibrant community is located just 20 minutes from downtown Greensboro, and is conveniently located near major employers and top-rated schools.

Located in Greenville, NC, Evolve at the Pines is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You’ll have easy access to all the excitement Greenville offers, and you’ll be able to bask in the luxury of your own private oasis—your apartment home.

Keeping the evolution growing in 2026

We have so much more up our sleeves at Evolve in the year to come.

Just 30 minutes outside of Nashville and 10 minutes from Mt Juliet, the garden-style community of Hawthorne at South Hartmann will start framing in spring 2026.

Construction at Evolve Soundside in Surf City, NC has begun, and framing will start in summer 2026. Located less than 30 minutes from both Wilmington and Camp Lejeune, this garden-style community will be the perfect place to grow.

The Bennett in Northlake is also underway with an estimated completion for November 2026. This community is a 4-story project in the Northlake mall area and will feature modern architecture and elevator access.

Beyond the incredible amenities, our communities are designed with intention. At Evolve Waterford in Belville, NC, we’ve truly leveled up with Level 5 Designs. We had the pleasure of interviewing several of the designers who helped transform Evolve Waterford, and we’re so excited to share all about the design process and unique elements that help make the community so special!

Diving Into the Design

Our Evolve team asked: How would you describe the design process at Level 5 Designs?

The team at Level 5 answered: Incredibly collaborative! We aim to bring in all the ideas we can at the beginning of a job especially to see how we can make each project distinct and intentional.

Evolve: How would you describe the design elements that define Evolve Waterford and luxury living here in Belville, NC?

Level 5: Bold and notable. We wanted Evolve at Waterford to stand apart in the best way possible in Belville, while still ensuring there was a relatable aspect where residents can be comfortable and make the most use of the spaces. Much of the photography is specific to Belville which made the selections all that more intentional and special!

Evolve: What was your favorite/most memorable space to design when it came to Evolve Waterford?

Level 5: We have so many! The turquoise rock art in shadow boxes in the Leasing area was a fun way to bring in texture and color in a creative and unexpected way. Designing the main Clubroom was also a collaborative effort from our team, our goal was to ensure each zone felt inviting, intimate, and well-defined, while still maintaining a cohesive flow from end to end with impactful moments in each direction someone would turn.

Evolve: What is one go-to/easy way to elevate the interior design of any room? How did you implement this at Waterford?

Level 5: Layers! This is an aspect we utilize in all of our jobs, bringing in lots of layers of texture and curated items instantly makes a space feel more designed and elevated. We aim to create this sophisticated design aspect but with a lived in approach so those who get to experience the space feel comfortable. Specifically at Waterford, we extended the materials all the way to the ceiling which is a highly effective design technique for elevating a space both visually and experientially – Our black fireplace tile, faux concrete columns, and full height backsplashes aimed to hone in on this design aspect.

Evolve: What are three words that come to mind when thinking of the design elements of Evolve Waterford?

Bold, unmistakable and one of a kind!

New Starts at Evolve: Building the Dream

Building the dream with new starts at Evolve

This has been a big year so far for Evolve, and we can’t believe we’re only halfway through! Here at Evolve, we’re passionate about building the dream so you can live it. Our hope is that your home becomes your own private oasis—creating the perfect space to evolve the way you live.

We have some incredible projects up our sleeves at Evolve in 2025—continuing to expand throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida. Keep reading to check out our evolution with some new starts we have brewing in NC, as well as what we have to look forward to in the coming months!

Evolve Northlake

Charlotte, NC

The bustling city of Charlotte, NC has a little something for everyone—from great schools and amazing career opportunities to fun nightlife and delicious food. Soon, we’ll be adding a new Evolve community to the mix as well!

At the start of 2025, we broke ground on Evolve Northlake, and construction of the buildings will begin in the next couple of months. The first move-ins are scheduled for the fall of 2026 with completion expected for late 2027. Whether you’re a current Charlotte resident or you’ve been looking to move to the area, keep your eyes opened for Evolve Northlake coming soon!

Kannapolis, NC

Nestled just outside of Charlotte, Kannapolis is the perfect North Carolina suburb to call home. It offers a calm, Southern charm with all of the perks of a major city right at your fingertips!

This spring, we broke ground on Evolve at Concord Lake. The community is conveniently located just a fourth of a mile from shopping and dining (including an ice cream shop!), as well as within view of a charter school and fire department.

Evolve at Concord Lake will offer stunning one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes as well as resort-style amenities to make your living experience a dream! The community boasts a beautiful clubhouse, large swimming pool and pool house, pickleball court, playground, dog park, and garage buildings.

We can’t wait for you to see how we’re evolving in Kannapolis!

Evolve at Mebane Oaks

Mebane, NC

Still to come this year, is Evolve at Mebane Oaks. Vertical construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2026. The property is slated for completion at the end of 2027.

Spring has officially arrived, and here at Evolve we’re all about development in 2025—helping you evolve the way you live. Evolve Deep River

As of this month, we’ve officially completed construction at Evolve Waterford Apartments! These stunning one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes are located right outside of Leland, NC and just a short drive from Wilmington. Here at Evolve, we pride ourselves on being a company that builds communities for people who live outside the box. We know your home is where it all happens, so we want it to feel unique—just like you—and our hope is that we can bring that same vibe into everything we do!

We started 2024 with the absolute honor of being recognized as a Business of Distinction in Wilmington, NC! Wrightsville Beach Magazine featured Evolve Companies in their amazing Green Spaces article, highlighting the plants we have at the center of our design—both in our Wilmington headquarters and at our communities.

Greenery in our workspaces at Evolve

The power of plants can lift the mood in any space—so what better place for plants that double as art than in a workspace? And the plants don’t even need to be real to elevate the environment! Amanda Lisk with Wrightsville Beach Magazine wrote, “Whether real or faux, adding plants to a room elevates the aesthetic, the mood, and the oxygen level when live. Plants just make everything better,” and we totally agree.

In our Wilmington headquarters, we’ve added lush (sometimes faux) plants wherever possible—from table centerpieces to stunning artwork framed on the walls.

Thanks to our friends at The Coastal Succulent, Evolve’s Wilmington headquarters has come to life with plants that set us apart—literally with our 8-foot gorilla topiary in the courtyard. Shawna Raines, our Development/Marketing Coordinator shared with the magazine that people who see the gorilla from the street even stop to take photos with it.

Keeping things fresh at Evolve communities

Part of our commitment to evolve the way you live is by keeping things fresh in our communities! One of our newer projects, Oceans RV Resort, is a different take on your typical RV park. This isn’t your basic spot to camp for the night!

As unique as Oceans RV Resort is, we wanted to bring the aesthetic to life with plants. Framed plant artwork and centerpieces dispersed throughout the resort are sure to catch your eye!

Wrapping Up 2023 and Evolving Into 2024

We can hardly believe the end of 2023 is right around the corner, but ya know what they say—time flies when you’re havin’ fun! At Evolve Companies, our mission is to keep growing so that we can help you do the same. 2023 was BIG, and we can’t wait for what’s to come next year.

Evolve at North Shore

How we’re evolving in Concord, North Carolina

If you’ve been following along for a little while, you know that here at Evolve, we like to do things differently. We’re building the dream so you can live it! We want each of our communities to feel like your very own oasis—a permanent vacation in your home. We’re taking that dream and running with it in Concord, NC. Located just outside of Charlotte, NC, the city of Concord is minutes from great shopping, dining, and entertainment—like Concord Mills, Jackie Boys Grill & Tap, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and the PNC Arena. Charlotte is such a booming area, and Concord is the perfect place for basking in the excitement of the Queen City while also enjoying the perks of the suburbs.

Evolve at Parkway in Concord offers luxury one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes complete with nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, and beautiful open-concept kitchens feauturing granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplashes, and stainless steel appliances. Each apartment home has its own private balcony—perfect for growing your favorite garden goodies.

A resort-style (r)evolution

We’re bringing the vacation to you at Evolve at Parkway with resort-style amenities you won’t be able to get enough of. You’ll find a saltwater swimming pool and poolhouse with a fireplace for those cool, cozy nights. For anyone with furry friends, the pet wash and on-site dog park are always a hit.

In the clubhouse, the fitness center is available to residents 24 hours a day. You’ll also find a business center, billiards table, and resident kitchen where you can grab Starbucks coffee in the mornings.
